The media is eating this up. We have already received confirmation from Paul and Vin that not only will there be a 5th film but also a 6th, and today we have some info on the 5th film. ‘Variety’ published the article on the 3rd leading to as many as 34 web based articles and counting . The easiest way to do this is just to list what we have:

- The films title is reportedly ‘Fast Five’. I would consider this as a working title until the films release draws nearer.

- Filming is reported to begin later this year for a 2011 release, some stating Summer 2011.

- As stands only Paul and Vin are confirmed to return.

- On the production side Director of 3 and 4 Justin Lin is set to direct the 5th film.

- Also producer of the entire series Neal Moritz is signed on to produce film 5 alongside Vin.

- Writer of films 3 and 4 Chris Morgan is writing this installment.

- Story synopsis: “Dom (Diesel) and Brian (Walker) as fugitives being pursued by relentless lawmen”. Sounds riveting.
